A steering wheel locked issue usually happens because of the car’s anti-theft mechanism. When the ignition is turned off, and the wheel is moved slightly, a lock pin engages automatically. This prevents the car from being steered without a key. To unlock it, gently turn the wheel left and right while turning the ignition key slowly. Avoid applying too much pressure to prevent damage.
